To spotlight these inequities, we introduced "The Squared Ball" campaign. The Squared Ball—a tangible, physics-defying object—symbolizes the absurd financial challenges confronting women in football. This initiative aimed to raise awareness and provide financial coaching to empower female athletes.

We collaborated with FC Bayern to test the prototype of The Squared Ball, showcasing it at their season kick-off event. National team players participated, sharing personal stories of overcoming financial hurdles. Complementing this, Allianz launched the "Allianz Ready Coach" initiative, offering free, tailored financial training to aspiring female footballers, equipping them with essential financial literacy.
